On Call Service
Wyndarra's On Call Service is the contact point for assessment to many of Wyndarra's Services. This vital service allows clients to access information, support, advocacy, and assistance. The assessment process then allows for referrals within the organisation, e.g. counselling or to other organisations within the community, including visiting services that may visit from time to time.

On Call Service also provides
Needle and Syringe Program
The Needle Syringe Program (NSP) is a public health initiative to advocate/educate for harm minimisation around the spread of blood infections: HIV/AIDS and hepatitis B and C among people who inject drugs and the wider community. The NSP requested equipment is disseminated through our On Call Service by requesting to see an appropriate trained permit holder. Our staff ensure we provide a confidential, non-judgment service, vital to the health and wellbeing of not only individuals, but the community as a whole.
Emergency Relief
Fund Program

Emergency Relief Fund (ERF) Program is funded through the Federal Government and is provided through our On Call Service. ERF provides financial support to assist people to address immediate basic needs in times of financial crisis. this can be in the form of material or financial aid whilst maintaining the dignity of the clients and their families during unexpected crisis in their life.
